Practical information

Generally, you have to mindful that the facilities are places of work. This means that can be ongoing work during the visit that we have to keep a distance from.

Guidelines at the water production facility:
At our water production facilities, there are high expectations to safety and hygiene in order to ensure a high quality of drinking water. Therefore, it is important that you follow these directions:
- During the tour evertyone must wear blue slipcovers over their shoes which can be located at the entrance to the facility.
- It is not allowed to open the doors to the water.

Guidelines at the wastewater treatment facility:
A wastewater treatment facility can be a dangerous place to work, so it is important to follow the directions below:
- Do not touch fences, facilities, machines, etc. to avoid contamination and remember to wash your hands when leaving the facility. We have divided the facility into red, yellow, and green zones to help you orient yourself at the facility.
- It is not allowed to eat in the facility. We have clean areas where it is possible to eat if so desired.
